Biography
Michiel Penne is coordinator of the Horizon Europe project SCALE-UP and leads the Smart Ways to Antwerp team where 12 mobility professionals are working on a modal shift in the Antwerp region with an employer approach, extensive marketing programme, technological tools (e.g. a unique multimodal route planner) and intense stakeholder management.
