Eurocities and the Barcelona Supercomputing Centre are jointly organising a training for European cities on digital twins as tools for evidence-based decision-making. The event as part of the SCEWC would allow for making the link between the Expo and the training, and to facilitate a discussion on the potential of digital twins for urban policy-making, at technological and political level, between city officials, experts, and other stakeholders.
