Biography

SOGAWA Yuka is Senior Deputy Director of International and Digital Policy City Bureau, Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), where she directs Project PLATEAU. PLATEAU is a digital twin initiative led by MLIT that collaborates with various stakeholders to develop, utilize, and open up "3D city models" nationwide.
