TMB has been working on projects that apply different artificial intelligence learning systems aimed at improving the travel experience of customers/users and obtaining more information to increase the efficiency of the services provided. Although some of the projects are not yet fully developed, they are at advanced enough stages to allow for an assessment of the opportunities they offer, as well as the associated risks and difficulties.
