Biography
Stanislav Taran is a Project Officer at the Council of European Municipalities and Regions, with expertise in international municipal cooperation and partnerships. He leads the Bridges of Trust project and the digital Matchmaking Platform, supporting collaborations across Europe. He is also a Policy Fellow at the German Marshall Fund.
