Biography
Sabrina has been responsible for Smart City in Lübeck since end of 2021. She is an expert in strategy, digitalization as well as network management. She first studied business administration as a part-time job, then completed her master's degree in IT management and is currently doing her doctorate on employee participation in smart city projects.
