Monjur is the lead coordinator of the H2020 RESPONSE project. This initiative focuses on developing positive energy blocks and districts in Dijon, Turku, and six other cities. With over 15 years of experience in smart and sustainable city initiatives, he is committed to advancing climate neutrality and sustainable urban development across Europe.
