Biography

Architect (ETSA Seville, 1995) and civil servant at the Junta de Extremadura (since 2002). Experience in residential projects (1995-2006) and Restoration, Heritage, and Education in the regional administration. Former General Director of Architecture (2015-2019) and Accessibility and Centers (2019-2023). Awarded the CSCAE Medal (2017) for contributions to architecture in public service.

It addresses the optimization of energy, water, and waste and the possibilities that digitalization offers to the construction process of our cities and towns.
