Biography
Mara Balestrini is the CEO of L-Net and a leading expert in digital innovation. She has led digital transformation initiatives across the public and private sectors. She previously served as CTO of the IDB Lab—the innovation arm of the Inter-American Development Bank—and currently lectures on Technology Governance and Cybersecurity at ESADE.
