Biography
Holds a degree in law and a postgraduate degree in environmental law. Before being elected Mayor in 2017, worked as a lawyer, Councilor in Matosinhos Municipality and National Deputy. Presently is the President of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Portuguese Municipalities.
