Biography

Previously worked with the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and later as a professor at Kobe University. With over 35 years of research experience as a Doctor of Agriculture in the field of forest management, Kuroda now acts as Vice Mayor of Kobe City.
