Biography

Karl-Filip is the Chair of the Board of Directors and acting Executive Director of OASC, the Open & Agile Smart Cities & Communities global network. He is head of the data, governance and communities unit at Imec-SMIT, VUB. He is senior policy advisor data spaces and local digital twins of FARI, the AI for the Common Good Institute in Brussels.
