Biography
Dr. Jari Kauppila is Head of Secretary-General’s Office at the International Transport Forum at the OECD. In his role, he supports the Secretary-General’s agenda in ensuring strategic leadership and vision to the ITF’s overall work programme and on the management of the Organisation. Jari previously led ITF research on transport policy.
