Biography

Dr. Ivy Yang is an EU AI/Digital Policy Specialist and Project Manager at OASC. She leads the EU projects NetZeroCities, focusing on net-zero carbon cities, and BIPED, enhancing privacy in smart city data. She holds a PhD in Politics and International Relations from the University of Warwick.
