Biography
Dr. Kim chairs ITU-T Study Group 20 and the APT Standardization Program (ASTAP), leading global efforts in ICT standardization. He is a Research Fellow at ETRI and previously served as its Senior Vice-President. He also served as Vice-Chair of the ITU-T Network of Women (NoW) Group, promoting gender balance in ICT standardization.
