Biography

Gregori Mora has more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation, smart cities and entrepreneurship. As the digital manager for IT services at the Barcelona Provincial Council, he led technology initiatives across 310 municipalities in the region of Barcelona. Prior to that, he directed the smart city strategy at the council, leveraging technology to enhance urban infrastructure.
