Biography

Giulia leads the Local action for energy and climate team. Her main expertise is on EU Energy Policy, the role of local and regional authorities and national governments; local energy planning and the EE1st principle. Before IEECP, Giulia worked for the EASME and CINEA & was involved in the organization of the Covenant of Mayors Investment Forum.
