Biography
Dr. Gert Hilgers is OASC’s task lead on establishing the European Union’s Local Digital Twin Toolbox. Gert has previously supported a joint Germany-China mobility transition project and helped found a Belgian data policy startup. He is assistant-professor in the department of computer science at the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.
