Biography
Dr.-Ing. German Castignani leads the Digital Twin Innovation Centre and the AI & Data Analytics platform at LIST, managing CitCom.ai TEF operations and representing Luxembourg in Smart Communities networks. In the past, he co-founded Motion-S, a spin-off from the University of Luxembourg, in the field of mobility and driving behavior analysis.
