Biography
Frans, an Environmental Sciences graduate, has 25+ years of experience in sustainability for Worldbank, UN, OECD, and EU. He coordinates the EU-funded ATELIER project, focusing on energy, mobility, and ICT in Amsterdam, Bilbao, and six other cities, managing budget, planning, quality control, and communication with partners and stakeholders.
