Eduard is a recognised leader in the field of smart cities as President of the Romanian Association for Smart City and founder of the Smart City Academy. In 2024 he joined the GCI Knowledge Community for "Securing the Future of Urban Living" at the NEOM project, solidifying his expertise in the security and viability of modern urban environments.
