Biography

With 20+ years of experience in emerging technology standards, I lead ITU’s initiatives on the metaverse, IoT, and smart sustainable cities. As the ITU/TSB focal point for Latin America and the UN’s "United for Smart Sustainable Cities," I’ve played a key role in shaping policies and standards for future-ready urban development.
