Biography

A mining engineer, earning a PhD from a top Canadian university. Driven by a passion for programming, Caglar obtained a computer science degree and managed major IT projects. He later shifted to environmental science and renewable energy, now focusing on climate change adaptation in Izmir while pursuing a degree in GIS.
