Blerta Vula Rizvanolli is an architect with 15+ years’ experience in design and project management. Owner of BVR Atelier and EU Build Up ambassador, she leads sustainable projects and construction policy. She holds an MBA from Sheffield University, MSc, and is a PhD candidate at Politechnic University of Madrid.
