Architect, PhD in Urban Planning and Master in Landscape Architecture by the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University, Barbara is a specialist in sustainable urban development, climate change and global cities. Barbara is currently Secretary General of CIDEU, The Ibero-American Center for Strategic Urban Development.
