Amaia Celaya Alvarez is an urban resilience advisor with experience in cities on five continents. Expert in resilience models and climate actions, particularly NBS; she works with UN-IOM and ECHO (INSPIRE+ consortium) as an advisor for integrated humanitarian practices and with the European Urban Initiative (EUI) as a transfer knowledge expert.
